The view from our bedroom window

Hello from Jeff and Sherry in New Hampshire

What we affectionately call the "Ox Brook Valley" is an area of land in southern New Hampshire along the small river that flows through our property called Ox Brook. A real highlight is the small beaver pond.

This area is practically a wildlife refuge: we've seen beaver, muskrat, otter, mink, fox, coyote, deer, owl, bittern, green and great blue herons, hawks, and I'm told that black bears have been spotted down the road. With all the building going on all around us I wonder how long they all will stay around here.
